Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book the photobooth?
We recommend booking the photobooth at least 3 months in advance to secure your date.

Can I customize the prints with my event logo?

Absolutely! You can customize the prints with your event logo, date, or any other personalized message. We will design the template from scratch to your spec.

Can I have a guestbook included?

Currently we have an offer where we do a free guestbook with every order. That will also include 2 prints per visit to the photobooth, one for yourself and and the other to stick in the guestbook. 

How long does it take you to setup?

It depends on location and what floor the event is held at, on average we need just over 1hr. We would need to be at the venue 1hr-1hr30mins  before it starts to complete the setup. 

Do you provide props for themed events?
Yes, we have a wide range of props to match any theme or event style.

How often are your props cleaned?

hygiene is very important to us we give our props a thorough cleaning after every event. 

Do I have a choice of backdrops?

Yes we have a large range of backdrops to choose from.

How do i book?

Booking is simple! just get in touch with us to check availability for the your event date. Once confirmed , we'll send you a booking form and payment details. A £50 deposit is required to secure your date with the final balance due no later than 28 days before your event.

What payment method do you accept?

BACS only please. 

How much space is required?
  • No more than 2.5m wide (against a wall is best) preferably next to a power socket. The the photobooth will sit 1 to 1.5m centred infront of the backdrop. The booth is also 2.4m high.

Is your photobooth PAT tested?

Yes a copy is available on request. 

Do you have a Risk Assessment?

Yes a copy is available on request. 

Do you have a Method Statement?

Yes a copy is available on request. 

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes a copy is available on request.
